AIVITTA, a brand of Asimex Tradelink Private Limited ("we", "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at aivitta.in and app.aivitta.in.

• Name and email address (via Google OAuth or email signup)
• Profile information you provide

2.2 Broker Data

• Portfolio holdings, positions, and order history (read-only access via broker APIs)
• We do NOT collect or store your broker login credentials
• Broker API tokens are encrypted and stored securely

2.3 Usage Data

• Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
• Device information, browser type, and IP address
• Analytics data via Amplitude (session replay, page views)

2.4 Payment Information

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay
• We do NOT store credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details
• We only store transaction IDs and subscription status

• To provide portfolio analysis and AI-generated insights
• To manage your account and subscription
• To improve our platform and AI models
• To send important service updates and notifications
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data or portfolio information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secure servers hosted in India (Azure India regions)
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• Broker API tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
• We implement access controls and regular security audits

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Broker connections are revoked immediately
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained for product improvement
• Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax laws

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Amplitude — for analytics and session replay
• Zerodha Kite Connect API — for broker data access
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI — for AI analysis (portfolio data is sent to AI models for processing)
• Microsoft Azure — for hosting and infrastructure

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (Amplitude) are used to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored with us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke broker API access at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications
